Laboratory Certifications and Qualifications

The laboratory’s activities are based on a quality system based on rigorous technical requirements and institutional recognition that officially certifies its competence. Two elements, in particular, represent the main reference of the technical profile of LAC S.r.l.

The laboratory is included in the Lombardy Region’s list of laboratories authorized to perform self-control analyses for the food industry. This recognition, identified with the registration number 030019304004, confirms the full suitability of the laboratory to operate in the food sector according to criteria of reliability, traceability and procedural correctness required by the regional authority.

Alongside the regional recognition, LAC operates in compliance with the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation certification, which represents the international reference standard for the technical competence of testing laboratories. Accreditation is issued and maintained through periodic checks by ACCREDIA, aimed at ascertaining the solidity of the procedures, the adequacy of the instrumentation, the qualification of the personnel and the consistency of the methods used.

Maintaining this quality profile implies continuous control over all analytical and management activities, ensuring that every result produced complies with regulatory requirements, is technically sound and fully traceable. These elements form the basis of the laboratory’s quality system and guarantee customers a high level of reliability in the performance offered.
